She is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience of more than 5 years. She is having experience in various fields like Company Law matters, Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act,1956 and SEBI Act,1992, Arbitration/ Conciliation, Intellectual Property Rights, Export and Import Policy and Procedures, Compliance of Charge creation/modification/satisfaction, and XBRL Filings. She also possesses good knowledge in Corporate Governance Services, Information Technology, and Cyber Laws.
